Female Well-being Support for the Women Service

Assist in delivering engaging and inspiring well-being sessions, fostering a healthier and happier community, your support and creating a welcoming
environment, you empower participants to explore different aspects of well-being.

What You'll Do: 
  • Assist the facilitator in preparing and setting up for well-being sessions.
  • Ensure all materials and equipment are available and organised for each session.
  • Help to create a supportive and inclusive environment where participants feel comfortable to learn and share.
  • Encourage participants to engage with each other and build connections through shared experiences.
  • Collect feedback from participants to help improve future sessions.

  • Effectively assist in sessions and provide valuable support to participants.
  • Patience and empathy to support participants of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
  • Good organisational skills to help manage materials and ensure sessions run smoothly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and provide constructive feedback
