Social Media Volunteer

What You'll Do:

Could you help us connect with our audiences so we can support more people with our services?

Power to Connect work in Wandsworth providing laptops and digital skills to families and individuals who are at risk of digital exclusion.
Digital exclusion drives poverty and can mean that people can become increasingly isolated from the world around them. Our training, digital drop-in sessions and laptop provision services play a vital role in ensuring that residents in Wandsworth receive the support they need to overcome digital exclusion and the challenges it presents.

We need a volunteer to help us spread the word. To help us connect with more people, reach a wider audience and shout about our services in a louder, more effective voice. We are looking for someone who can uplift our social media and help us to communicate in a more consistent and impactful way.

Why You'll Love It:

You will be joining a small team in a community charity dedicated to making a genuine difference to the lives of people in Wandsworth. We can offer flexibility and a role that can work around you and your life in the time you have available.

What You'll Learn:

You will see first hand the impact that digital exclusion has on the lives of people it affects, raising your awareness of the issues surrounding digital poverty and isolation.
