The Connection
We support people sleeping rough to find a way off London’s streets. We get to know every person we work with, understanding what they need to recover, helping them build on their strengths, and supporting them to find their own way home.
ABOUT US:

The Connection at St Martin’s works with people who are rough sleeping to move away from, and stay off, the streets of London from Charing Cross. We’re alongside people as they recover from life on the streets and move towards a meaningful, fulfilling future away from homelessness and into shelter.

WHY OUR WORK MATTERS:

We believe that no one should have to sleep rough on London’s streets, and that everyone should get the support they need to find a place to call home.

HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT:

Central London, like many cities across the world, is an exciting and stimulating place. However, for some, it is a place to go when things have gone profoundly wrong and there is nowhere else. When people are on the edge, homeless, isolated and in despair, there must be a place to turn. The Connection is there to be with people as they overcome that isolation, recover and move on to a meaningful, fulfilling life. By joining The Connection as a volunteer, you will play a meaningful role in supporting us to be there for people as we support them to recover from homelessness.
